Trout pan fried in a garlic wine sauce

 Serves: 2


  • 400 g of Trout 
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cloves of Garlic 
  • Juice from one lemon 
  • 1 cup of White wine 
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley 
  • 4 tablespoons of Butter.


  1. Add olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, white wine fresh parsley and butter to a frying pan and heat up for a minute.
  2. Add trout skin side down and cook for 5 minutes on skin side and flip over for 3 minutes on the flesh side.

Goes well with: Mash potatoes  or potato gratin
