- 360 g of Salmon fillets
- 2 spoons of Garlic butter
- 2 spoons of honey
- Mix the garlic butter and honey in a bowl and put in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Spread the honey, garlic mixture on the fillets and wrap them in tin foil.
- Cook the salmon in the oven at 200°c (gas mark 6) for 20 minutes
- Open up the tin foil and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes which will crisp the top of the salmon.
