Salmon baked in honey and garlic butter

 Serves: 2


  • 360 g of Salmon fillets
  • 2 spoons of Garlic butter 
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • Salt 


  1. Mix the garlic butter and honey in a bowl and put in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Spread the honey, garlic mixture on the fillets and wrap them in tin foil.
  3. Cook the salmon in the oven at 200°c (gas mark 6) for 20 minutes
  4. Open up the tin foil and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes which will crisp the top of the salmon.
