Smoked salmon scrambled eggs

 Ingredients  

  • 300 g smoked salmon 
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • 80 ml Milk
  • 30 g Butter
  • ¼ Onion
  • 30 g Cheese 
  • ¼ cup parsley

Method

  1. Whisk the eggs in a saucepan, adding in the garlic and onion. 
  2. Set at medium heat, consistently stirring for 2 minutes.
  3. Chop up the smoked salmon and add it to the saucepan along with the cheese and parsley.
  4. Continue to stir the pan until the salmon starts to turn into a brighter pink colour and the milk starts to evaporate , this should take approx. 2 minutes
