Smoked mackerel pasta salad

Serves: 2


  • 400g smoked mackerel fillets
  • 400g pasta 
  • 30g grated cheese
  • 25g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup of parsley


  1. Boil pasta as instructed on packet until soft
  2. Pull the smoked mackerel off the skin and remove the bones before chopping up the fillet
  3. Chop up the garlic and parsley
  4. When the pasta has been cooked drain out the water, add in all the ingredients together and continuously stir for 3 minutes.
