Our Fisherman’s Catch Stew is an authentic take on a classic French dish bouillabaisse, which is like a fish stew or soup. Made with fresh salmon, juicy prawns, rich mussel meat, succulent Pollock, and aromatic fennel, each spoonful is packed with flavour. The addition of orange juice and tomatoes adds a tangy and acidic zing to the dish, while wine brings out the subtle sweetness of the seafood. Made with carefully selected ingredients in Con’s our seaside restaurant in Kenmare.
