Using our 40 year old recipe, we smoke our salmon the old fashioned way. Slowly smoked for over 16 hours using the shavings of only oak trees to give its unique aroma. You can’t rush perfection and our master smokers have certainly perfected the craft over the years, delivering the perfectly sliced smoked salmon every time. The pack you receive weighs 500 grams which would be enough for 3 to 4 people.
