These mussels are an absolute winner! Purchased twice now and both orders have been fantastic. So fresh and clean. And only 1 or 2 from both orders got tossed out. If they’re in stock, get them!

Amazing! They’re quite small but very tasty. I cooked them with white wine, celery, carrots and onions. 1600 wasn’t enough for 2 people as it’s normally 1.1 kg per person. But with a side of home made chips and some bread it was lovely!

Fabulous clean mussels … but I’d suggest not adding the half cup of salt recommended in the recipe!

I always get mussels when i’m out in a restaurant but this was my first time cooking them at home. I ordered them on a Tuesday they came the following day, there was a good size to them and you could tell they were fresh. I followed the recipe on the website and you couldn’t go wrong with it. I will be making this a regular dish in the Murphy household.
