John Dory Fillets 500 grams
One of the most coveted fish off the West Coast of Ireland and its price reflects that. It has a meaty texture and is a very versatile fish. It can be pan-fried, grilled, baked whole, steamed, poached or roasted. As with all fish, it’s important not to overcook John Dory. Also, it’s often wise to keep the skin on to protect the delicate flesh during cooking.
All our John Dory is landed in Castletownbere and is caught off the South West coast of Ireland.
